Melting Candle Cake (12/23 & 12/24 Only)

A 6" cardamom cake with layers of coffee soak, coffee whipped ganache, and orange ricotta cream, finished with swiss buttercream, white chocolate drip, and a usable candle wick, with rosemary and cranberries around the base.
