A smaller 6-inch size of our seasonal favorite with layers of maple-brushed gingerbread cake and maple mascarpone mousse, finished with spiced cream cheese frosting, gingersnaps, and dark chocolate accents. Serves 8-10. Also available in a 9-inch size!
